1/16 scale. NAPA. Die-cast. 1940 Gendrone tow truck pedal car bank replica. Made in 1999 for NAPA Auto Parts.  Working headlights and tailights. Steerable front wheels. Working pedal action. Operating rear storage compartment. Winch lowers hook and activates winch motor sound. The hood opens to reveal a simulated engine. Miniature wrench turns spark plugs. Tilt up seat reveals hidden coin slot, commemorative plate, battery box and headlight/tailight on-off switch. Runs on 3 micro cell G12-A  batteries, not included.
